On September 16, 2026, DCENT reported abnormal asset transfers involving its App Wallet and began an urgent investigation. The company is working with authorities, security specialists, networks, and exchanges to trace and protect affected assets.

Potential impact depends on wallet type, signing history, app version, and chain. The guidance below is intentionally direct: update first, use a new recovery phrase, move assets to a new address, and never share your phrase, wallet key, or PIN.

Use the latest official wallet software before moving assets. Do not install files or follow links sent through messages or social channels.

Create a new phrase

Create a wallet with a new recovery phrase. Do not restore a new wallet using the phrase from a potentially affected address.

Move to a new address

Move coins, tokens, NFTs, staked assets, and approvals. Do not reuse the previous address for deposits or signing.
